If needed, here is my build:

I built this computer about a year ago, excluding the graphics card which i installed less than a month ago. I have been using it and everything was going great. Last night, I turned it off before going to sleep like i always do. Everything went normal. Today when i tried turning it on, it went straight into the BIOS. i tried restarting several times yet it always goes to bios on its own. The first few times the BIOS didn't even work properly. Everything like CPU temp and fans and all of that was marked with an NA and i couldnt move my mouse or use my keyboard. That problem got fixed somehow and i can now access the BIOS. In the boot drives, my ssd shows but my hard drive doesnt show in the place where you can choose the priority drives. My OS is on the ssd so i didnt mind. However after some messing about i found out that only one drive can show up at a time in the boot priority section whether its the HDD or the SSD. All temperatures have always been normal on my computer and relatively low. The CPU temp is still showing as a low temperature. Is this a hardware issue? Could it be my SSD or motherboard failing? When i installed my graphics card i had to push to the side a little so i can install the screws. Maybe that bent my motherboard a tiny bit. Could it be my motherboard malfunctioning? If its not a hardware issue, what should i do? i tried using different SATA ports and different cables but im having the same issue. What must i do?

Nope. Even trying to boot to a USB is taking me straight to the bios.
