Computer won't let me do anything

My computer is Windows 8 and it keeps flashing green (the desktop color I chose) and it constantly beeps for over and hour also the beep sound is the same sound that it makes when you put the volume up. also I can't do a factory reset because I can't access anything other then Control alt delete menu. Can anyone help me?

Also sorry I forgot to mention the actual computer is an Alienware desktop x51
