computer won't load past bios splash

Computer was working fine this morning, now it won't get past the splash screen:

Tried all of the Fkeys, every key infact, tried moving the ram to a different slot, checked all connections. It just won't load past the splash.

What are your system specs? That will help narrow down any potential issues. In the meantime, try downloading a BIOS update from the motherboard manufacturer and attempt to flash the BIOS. That may solve the issue.
