I've just installed a new HDD in my computer. When I tried to boot it, it kept going into the BIOS and wouldn't boot into Windows (which is on my SSD). I changed the boot priority which didn't fix the issue. The new HDD actually had an old copy of Windows on it which I was planning to use for older games, therefore I changed the computer from UEFI to CSM.
Now the thing won't post at all. The EZ Debug light for "BOOT" is lit up and I'm getting one long beep and two short beeps which isn't even listed as a code for the AMI BIOS.
I've tried disconnecting all the drives, removing the NVME, clearing the CMOS using the jumper and by removing the battery. Removed and reseated the RAM and GPU. If I reset the CMOS, it takes around 15 seconds before the BOOT light comes on and it starts beeping. If I turn it off and on again, the light comes on and it starts beeping after about 5 seconds so I'm guessing it's definitely cleared.
Mobo: MSI B450 PRO-VDH
CPU: Ryzen 5600
RAM: 16GB Crucial
GPU: KFA2 RTX 3070TI
Anyone have any ideas? Thanks
