Computer won't post

My computer was left on and when I came back it would not boot, when I turn it on, it will just keep turning itself on and off, I have checked that all the cables are plugged in and the CPU LED and Dram LED are both flashing, when I press the mem OK button the computer turns on and off faster. I think this happened a few years ago, don't remember how I fixed it. Thanks.

first remove ram clean and reinstall.afterwords you can clear CMOS

Hello, I have taken the RAM out and put it back in, but I do not know how to clear CMOS, it does not say in the Manuel either. Thanks. I also followed all of the instructions in the link.

The PC used to turn itself off after just turning on and now it will not turn off, it will just stay on, until I turn it off, when I press the MEM OK button, the LED for it flashes red, then stops and the light goes out.
