I removed the GPU overnight to blow the computer out before going to bed. When i woke up the next morning the computer wouldn't post, went through the typically steps clearing CMOS, trying to boot without GPU, reseeded everything including CPU. I tested the GPU in a different computer and it works, but I don't have the equipment to test the board, cpu, or ram. All fans are spinning, all lights come on and kinda strobe slowly which i never noticed before. The fans kinda of do a pulsing where they spin very quick and then slow and then quick again. I tested the PSU and it works fine. I didn't see any bent pins on CPU. Any ideas?
