Question Computer won't POST

My MSI B450-A Pro Max is having problems.

When I run power, the first light flashes, (CPU) skips the second light, (DRAM) the third light flashes (VGA) and the fourth light flashes. (BOOT) The computer then precedes to not POST. Help please!!
