Computer wont power on but motherboard have light

Help Pleade! My computer just randomly shutdown and after that whenever i push the on button on my case it doesnt start, i read many threads like this on the internet and unfortunately doesnt fix my problem. Can someone suggest me more. My motherboard is a H97m-e Asus the green light on the mobo is blinking while my psu is plug in(Raider 750w). I have a extra corsair cx 500w psu and try it out but still doesnt fix my problem. My mobo is not dead right because the green light is blinking and supporting powrr? whats the problem? Help please 🙁

I'd try the paperclip test with power supplies, to make sure that they work.
If OK, then start the board only CPU and CPU fan installed, see if the CPU fan does spin.

Thanks for your opinion guys, the mobo have a randomly black out. The motherboard is the problem i thinks it's grounded by the IO plate/Shield? The Technician told me. So my problem is my dead mobo i got it replaced last week thanks for your help guys )
