I don't know when it started but this is how the problem goes:
First I press the power button, then the monitor shows a black screen (With the LCD monitor back-light on ) until i press a key on my keyboard, and then it shows the manufacturer logo (The "press F2 to get in to bios" thing) and everything proceeds normally.

What I've tried:
Resetting the bios
Removing all bootloaders from the boot priority list (Still wont reach the manufacturer logo until a key press)

I honestly don't know what else i can try next, please help

Edit: my motherboard is "Asus Prime H410M-E"

Solution
You can try going to control panel system and security, system , advanced system settings(to the right of page) , go down to startup and recovery settings tab, time to display list of operating system, set that to zero. Hit ok and restart pc, see if it helps.
