My mobo (asus mcdrod 32 h110 chipset , it was in a pre build system) has 8 sata port, 4-4 in a row (two is yellow the others are gray if its matter)

My 2 front usb ports has a cable with two sata head but anywhere i try to plug in it it wont get recognised by bios and I couldnt use it (unlike my hdd and cd room )

What should i do?
The cd room got inseted into the first upper one and the hdd uses the second upper on
I couldn find the way to where insert the remaining four head that comes from the front panel
The cables still give power to charge phones but nothing else

Asus vivopc k31cd ro033d

I mean i can see cables coming from both usb ports and they seperates into two sata head that I want to connect to the sata port but it dont get recognised

I think you may be confusing which wires are which. The wires coming from your front USB ports will connect to the USB 3.0 header on your motherboard. If the USB ports on the front of your PC still give power to charge your phone, they must already be connected. You may be looking at wires coming from the MultiMediaCard reader on the front of your PC.

Yeah i think you right... but there are a header with three pins and i removed and connected the cable twice but still not responding

Do I need to do something in windows or the bios

Check your USB drivers in "Control Panel > Device Manager > Universal Serial Bus controllers". Look for any yellow warning signs.

Does this match your motherboard? ASUS H110-I/M32CD4/DP_MB
