computer won't recognize any of my jacks

I can't fix this issue, no matter which jack I plug my headset, microphone. mobile earphones...nothing is getting detected by the computer! not the front panel and not the back...it happened since I installed my new windows 7, please help me!

Install your sound drivers.
You could them off the internet, at the website of your motherboard.
Or you could put in the CD you got with your motherboard.

Plug out the power then then press power 5 times.
After that, plug in power and test the jack(s).

For some people this worked, somehow. If this doesn't work, try this:

Go to Device manager --> Expand "Sound, video and game controllers" --> Right click on the right audio device --> Uninstall --> reboot PC --> Test

You could buy a sound card. It sounds way better than onboard audio anyways.

funny, but I already have one...and it doesn't even recognize it when I plug it inside that.!
