So I just got this computer my brother built for me from his house and It was working fine over there after windows was installed so I unhooked everything and Put it in my car. I brought it home and it was raining outside when I ran it to my car from his house. I brought everything inside got it set up and the computer worked fine other than it wasn't putting out a signal to my monitor so I unhooked it turned it everything off and put it on the floor. I opened the side up to see if anything was unhooked and There was 1 power cable from the Graphics card unplugged so I connected it but kept the side panel off so I hooked everything up and I pressed the power button but only a faint blue light flashed for a split second and nothing was happening so I unplugged the cord I plugged in from the graphics card and the same thing happened. So I moved the cord to the power supply over to a different outlet and nothing happens but a flash of blue. So I pressed the power button down again and nothing happened not even a flash of blue so I Got a different cord to the Power supply but nothing happened, I tried flicking the switch back and forth on the PSU and pressing the power button each time. I'm kind of stumped because it turned on a second ago just with no output to the monitor but now it wont even turn on. Any help I can get would be much appreciated.

Solution
moving it around so much might have caused other things to disconnect. Make sure you RAM and video card are seated properly in the motherboard. make sure the chord that is running from your power supply to you motherboard is connected firmly. you may want to try and take you video card out all together. See if your computer turns on without it.(you would plug your monitor directly into your motherboards video output) if you have tried any or all of this let us know.
