Computer won't start - much less reboot after installing Windows 10

I installed Windows 10 on my Dell laptop just over 24 hours ago (kept putting it off waiting for bugs to de-bug) and now my computer won't even turn on! (Yes, it's plugged in, battery is fine) Any similar issues? Are there any magic keys I can push simultaneously to get it going?

That sounds more like a hardware issue than a Windows issue.
Try unplugging the power, then removing the battery and leaving it off. Plug the power in and try again (without battery)

Really appreciate your response to this issue - had the exact same problem with a Lenovo s205 laptop after installing Windows10 - followed your instructions re. taking out the battery etc and ta da!! We have access. Many thanks, you're a star!!! Diana
