[SOLVED] Computer won't start up, possible ram issue?

Just started building my new PC and my red debug lights for my cpu and dram are going off with it staying lit up on dram for a bit and then quickly switching to the cpu and back.

I've also used 2 different motherboards and switched around the ram sticks making sure they are in place.

I9-9900k
4 patriot 16gb ram
RTX 2080ti
Corsair MP600 1tb ssd m.2
Gigabyte Z390 gaming x motherboard


I've built one before but never had any such issue please help.

You need to include all the parts used, but just from what you said IF you have everything connected correctly with the power supply it sounds like bent pins on the CPU/or socket depending on the processor or bad motherboard.
