Computer won't start ,when i press the power button

Today I opened the case and started to remove cables for better cable management After plugging the cables again. When I pressed the power button. PC does not start.

I unplugged and plugged in all the cables.
I tried plugging the cables again.
I tried with different power cable.

Try starting the board by shortly touching with a screwdriver the 2 pins on the motherboard corresponding to the case power button (check the manual for their location).

I already did all that. And i have tried the paperclip technique . And the fan's doesn't spin.

Then it looks like a faulty power supply. Try testing different one, if possible.
