Hello,

I have a problem , I got my hands on a used gtx970, a friend of mine gave it to me because he couldn't start his computer with the card plugged in

So i tried myself and plugged in the 970 and I have the same problem : when the card is plugged in and I press the power button the computer start ( led and fan ) and immediately shut down ( approx 0.2 sec ) and if I press the power button after it does nothing, just as if it was unplugged
If I take the card out it Will boot ok and as soon as I plug it back in it Will do the 0.2 start and shut down and no sign of life until I take the card out again

Works perfectly with my old 770, both card comes from msi and the card looks as new no scratch or anything

Can anyone help me ? Is the gpu dead ? Is there any way to make it boot ?

Config
Mobo : msi z97 gaming 7
PSU : Corsair CS650 M
CPU : i5 4670K
Ram : 16 gigs hyperX fury

Thanks !
