My computer lately has been having troubles starting. Itll sometimes turn on for about a second then turn off. If i do manage to get it started it turns off spontaneously whenever i do anything processor intensive (i.e. Gaming). Once it shuts down while gaming turning off the PSU for about an hour and trying again usually gets it to start

Yesterday however it shut down and i havent been able to start it since. Ive tried looking inside the case for loose wires and leaving the PSU turned off all night i know it isnt a heat issue because core temp never detected the CPU exceeding 45 degrees Celsius, and my room's fairly cool and leaving it unplugged all night would have been plenty of time for it to cool down.

Ive run out of ideas of how to fix it and really need help getting it running again

more info needed... but possible things you can do are ; do optimal/default settings for bios. this will clear any changes you have ever made.in the bios settings organize your boot order only. Check version of bios if any new bios out there update bios. make sure your psu up for the job. and check temperatures for cpu, motherboard, gpu and psu. with softwares Hwmonitor -realtemp, gpuz. make sure your rams are identical in same channels.
