Question Computer won't start

Hello, my computer won't start and trying to read cd (or to boot from cd), while there is no cd in the dvd player, I also checked the bios and boot settings and it's set to boot from the pc hard drive, it stucks in (demarrage windows logo) and I hear the noise of it trys to read cd, what's the problem?

System: Win 7
