Computer Won't Turn Back on After putting it in sleep mode?

Okay So I built this computer On new years day and The machine itself works perfectly fine accept for one issue and that issue is the fact that the computer doesn't want to Turn back on from sleep mode and the only way I can get it to turn back on is to Switch the power supply off and on. Then For some reason It comes on But it doesn't reboot Right I get the Gigabyte Symbol then a windows loading screen then it goes back to where I was when I put it in sleep mode I don't have to sign in or anything. It has done it twice since I had it and each time it does it I freak out and think its not going to turn on again. I Checked inside to see if I hooked something Up wrong and Everything is hooked up Perfectly fine. It only Does it when I put it into sleep mode manually too. If You know what the issue is can you tell me how to fix it? I don't have the money to take it to a repair shop as the one Close to me charges 80$ just To tell me what the issue is.

You have windows 8 or 8.1, don't you? For some PC's the power saving scheme is broken for radeon cards. You need to and set your power saving profile manually, disable sleep mode and have it only black out the monitor.

Nothing's broken in your pc though, its a software thing, not hardware.
