Computer wont turn on after changing new RAM's

Greetings.
I've got new RAM's 2 days ago i wanted to install them but computer wont turn on... i had RAM's 2x2gb and i bought new one hyperx fury 1600mhz 2x4gb . My motherboard is asrock h55m le and my cpu is intel i3 540 . So what i have done i tried to use one stick and i was enable to open bios and i tried to reduce from 1600 mhz to 1333mhz but its same problem.. windows cant run .. so i wanted to get back my old rams and yea i put them back again but computer starts and there is no beep monitor is black.. now im typing this from my mobile phone so if there is any solution please help.
(Also i tried clrmos that didnt help .)

Try clearing your CMOS this way. Unplug the PSU and then remove the CMOS battery. Press and hold the case power button for a couple of minutes, and then replace battery and plug the PSU back in. Now try booting with the new RAM. If it fails to boot, try each stick individually in each RAM slot to check for a bad stick or slot.

The Fury are a newer line of sticks (post 2010) and run off PnP - neither of which is compatible with your mobo - might look for the older NT series of value DRAM which is among the few available that are made with the low density (pre 2011) memory ICs your CPU was designed for

First of all i want to say that this site is amazing i succesfully boot my computer but with my old rams. Now i want to change my new rams with some other that are compatible with my cpu and mobo. Please if you have any suggestions help me .
