Computer Won't Turn on After Power Strip Turned Off!

Hi there. I accidentally turned off the on/off switch on my power strip while my pc was still on. All my other electronics are back and up (Monitor, Speakers, Switch, etc.), but my PC won't turn on. Did something happen to my PSU? Thanks!

Could be, specially if it's a poor quality PSU.

That is a pretty bad PSU, not the worst out there but definitely not good quality.
Best way to test is to try another PSU in your system.

Try turning off the power switch on your PS. Next, unplug the PS. Wait 60 seconds. Next plug in the PS. Next turn on the PS via the power on the PS. Next trying booting up. I have this happen to me on occasion.

Sorry, I'm confused. If I have this right, I should...

1. Turn of Power Supply Switch
2. Unplug Power Supply
3. Wait 60 seconds
4. Plug Power Supply Back in.
5. Turn Power Supply Strip back on.

Is this right?
