I have a new ASUS H81M-E motherboard. I connected everything correctly the first time. Booted it up and worked on the BIOS. I took the Graphic card out thinking it would fix the glitchy BIOS. Then I got "USB Over current detected. Restart in 15 Seconds." So then I took out the CMOS Battery. Tried to start up my computer and nothing happened. I waited for 5min when i took out the battery. Can someone please help?

Okay I have fixed the issue. My motherboard was missing the cap to the Jumpers and my Keyboard and USB device wake up cap was missing too. I placed the caps and now it works. Thank You for the help guys.

unplug every USB device. Connect only PSU,Motherboard,CPU and RAMs together and connect it to a monitor. Then see whether it gives the signal to monitor. If so, try installing devices and you'll see which part gives the trouble. Also check for the CMOS jumper. If you have placed it to reset, it might give the same issue.

I have not touch the CMOS jumper. Also when I press the Power button, nothing turns on. I have not seen this before so im kinda confused. Only thing I see is the Green LED light.

Turn off the power to the System unit and monitor. Remove the CMOS battery for about 5 mins and replace it. Connect only the PSU, Motherboard,CPU, RAMS and the monitor.(No USB cables) Also if you can get the motherboard out of the case, that would be better(So that it ensures the case doesn't short anything) and see Whether it gives the signal to monitor.

Okay, I took it out of the case and tested it. It worked. But I placed back into the case and tested it. It didnt work. So I took it out of the case again and tested it. It didnt work.

To get into BIOS press "del" key

can you get into it? update to version 2107 in BIOS

Did you install the Mainboard with spacer and not directly onto the back of the case?
Is the ATX faceplate in the right place?

Disconnect all additional USB case connector cables from the Mainboard plus the HD_AUDIO/ F_Panel connectors

Try another keyboard

Don´t use keyboard and mouse for testing
