Computer won't turn on anymore

I built a new pc and it worked fine the first time I turned it on. Then I turned it on and off a few times because I wasn't sure how to set up the software side. However after a bit i figured out what I needed to do so I had it in advanced BIOS, I was doing something unrelated when the computer turned off on its own. Now it won't turn on anymore not even one light on the motherboard. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Reset CMOS/BIOS first, that should bring it to factory defaults and recognize all components properly.

You will need to check your motherboard manual on how to do a reset

Reset CMOS/BIOS first, that should bring it to factory defaults and recognize all components properly.

I reset it according to the manual but still nothing happens when I turn on the PSU or PC.

If you are not seeing any motherboard lights, then it may be a Power Supply Unit failure.
