Question Computer wont turn on but makes noise after clicking on the powerbutton

I recently changed my motherboard from a faulty z87-a to a similar z87-k. But after switching it out, the pc will no longer turn on. After connecting the power, the lights turn on, but when I try to turn on the computer, nothing happens. But after clicking on the power button, this “noise”:

repeats itself over and over again around every second. The sound only stops when I turn off the power. I would like to think it was a mistake in the connection of the different cables to the motherboard, but I have made sure the cables are connected properly. What could be the cause of the computer not being able to turn on, and does the noise have anything to do with it?

May be a boot loop and boot loops are usually caused by RAM. Make sure your RAM is seated properly on each side of the DIMM. If they are, try booting with only one stick installed.

I only got 1 stick, so either it is that stick that is broken or it is caused by something else.

Try the one stick in the other slot.

Have tried in all of the slots, without any luck unfortunately
