Computer won't turn on (continued)

Hello, when I got home from school yesterday my computer would not turn on, I checked inside and all the cables were connected. I suspected a dead power supply so I asked and got an answer saying it was my power supply. I went out and bought a new corsair cx750m and I plugged it into my computer and it still won't turn on, boot, post or anything. No power at all. I've had this computer for two years. Please help!

What motherboard using?

I am using an asrock z75 pro 3

These are my specs

Gpu: gtx 670 ftw

Cpu: i5 3570k

Ram: g.skill 8 gb ddr3

Hdd:seagate 1tb

Ssd: Kingston 120gb

Try starting the board with only CPU and CPU fan installed, both 24 and 8 pin power cables connected. See if the CPU fan does spin and if any beeps.

How would I start it without the power button connected?

Use a screwdriver and shortly touch the 2 pins on the motherboard corresponding to the case power button.

When I touched the 2 pins with the screwdriver nothing happened. No fans or beeps, no lights. Made sure the power supply was on and it was.

See if a connected fan does spin.

Yea the power supply fan started spinning.

Then it looks like a dead motherboard (supposing that you've shorted the right pins with the screwdriver).
