Before the problem happened my PC is randomly shutdown. I tried to turn it back on several times and it show various BOSD then restart. i thought i shouldn't try open it again which may cause further damage. I thought it's about PSU failure.

A few week later i've got a new PSU to replace. After replaced PSU computer won't turn on at all(even fan not spin) when i pressed power button. I tried remove Graphic Card to see if it is the problem. "I start press power button SURE the fan spin, it powering up!, but no not even a few second after that i try again and it worked flawlessly no BOSD".

My hope was gone when i shut it down and it won't turn on again!. Finally, i figured out that it is not my Graphic Card. Even i put Graphic Card back i still have a chance to turn it on.

It is strange where i double quote. Before it is possible to turn on i need to press power button twice times. First, fan spin then shutdown. Second, It start to run without any problem(i test it many hour, also run game).

Solution
1) test your hard drive..... take it out and hook it up to another rig if you have to.
http://www.hdsentinel.com/download.php

2) take your memory out and test them one by one see if it helps. Then you want to memtest them to see if any are throwing errors.. 1 pass is good enough.

3) get a known good PSU see if that helps.

4) is your system timing good? if thats changed then maby you have a bad CMOS battery.

5) while your hard drive is out if you needed a second computer to teast it... go ahead and virus scan it with the second computer.

6) run A CHKDSK IN DISK MANAGEMENT.

3) my psu is new
