[SOLVED] Computer won't turn on, light blinks once

Motherboard: B450 Tomahawk
Power Supply: Seasonic bronze 550w
Attempted to build a pc, powering it on led to a white flash and nothing else, no spinning fans or anything after.

Did you try jumping the PSU to see if the PSU is not defective?

PSU fan should be spinning.

you need a CPU and RAM

Although from the post above me it says you need ram and a cpu, the fans should be able to turn on and be running. Problem is, the fan(s) might be to fast without the cpu. Let me know when you get a Complete Build.
