I have tried all the usual things like clear cmos, popping battery, unplugging literally everything except 1 stick of RAM and the keyboard / monitor.
I initially changed the boot order and saved and exited bios and that's when it stopped working.

There is a team here that will mark the best answer, so you can just leave it alone because you’re not supposed to mark your own answers as solved. Even though your answer is the correct answer you’re not supposed to do it yourself but let the administrators do it
