Computer wont turn on no fans no display but motherboard lights up

My gaming computer worked fine for me for 2 years and then i unplugged it for a month and plugged it back in a month later and it would not turn on. The motherboard would light up there was not a beep there was no fans turning on and there was not a display. Is my computer dead and please help me fix it
