Computer wont turn on, POST screen says CPU fault

Computer wont start up, it only comes to BIOS post screen and says cpu fan error, over voltage error and cpu temp error(most of the time it shuts off before flashing the POST screen). I have changed the thermal paste, the PSU, RAM, and ran with and without the graphics card, computer worked fine before I cleaned it with an air compressor. Also I cant enter the BIOS menu.

on your mb the cpu fan is on the wrong port. a lot of mb now have cpu_opt port. if your cpu coolers on that it wont read it. on the over voltage error...clear the cmos see if the error comes back with a default bios.
