Computer won't turn on. Reboots over and over.

My PC has not turned on since I installed a new power supply. I have since reinstalled the old one but it still is stuck in a boot loop and I have no idea why. I have ordered a motherboard speaker to see if that will help.

Gigabyte GA-B250M DS3H
i5-7600k
1x8gb Corsair Vengeance lpx 2666mhz
MSI GTX 1060 6GB
1TB HDD

Put ram in, reset the bios?

What do you mean put in ram and I went through the manual for my motherboard and I am not sure where cmos jumper is.

LC-POWER LC420-12 V2.31 (300W)
CORSAIR VS650
Problems started after replacing the former with the latter.

You see the shiny battery? Take it out by pulling the notch, unplug your pc (power cable from wall) and while the switch on PSU is 1 press and hold power button for 30 seconds,get the battery back in, then try to start pc (keep in mind while plugging power cord back switch psu to 0 then to 1 after you plugged it in).A

Try minimal setup, remove gpu, disconnect sata from HDD and try to boot , connect monitor to motherboard.

I have managed to get it to open the bios. I am going to add the parts one by one.

Is your monitor connected to motherboard still or gpu? (just asking)
