computer won't turn on

i there!I've fixed a couple of computers and I've come across this particular problem, they simple don't turn on, one had an fbi virus, the other one had a problem with a network driver,

I've already changed the PSU on one of them, and it is no longer showing anything on the screen, the other one I didn't because it was more of a software problem, bios did boot up at first though, now it doesn't anymore.

help would be really appreciated!

Try changing the power cable itself. A few of mine have burnt out over the years.
