Computer wont turn on

During the installation of a Hyper212 EVO I noticed the locking mechanism on the motherboard (Asus M5A97 LE R 2.0) didnt work as when removing the stock cooler the stock paste bond between the CPU and stock heatsink wa so strong it pulled it out of its socket. (No bent pins btw)

Anyways, after the install I turned it on and theres no signal to the PC. I tested it wih a different monitor and still no signal. This means it could be:
A. The DVI Cable
B. The graphics card
Or (hopefully not)
C. The CPU socket is now messed up on the motherboard and its now essentially running without a CPU.
