Computer won't turn on

Please help I just finished my computer and when I press the power button there's a quick flash of power then it shuts right back off, please help!

It sounds like you have a short, I have seen this before. Ensure that the motherboard is only screwed down into the pegs and not directly into the case itself. Ensure that all connections are tight and correct.

Everything is tight, still won't turn on
