computer wont turn on

so I bought a msi nightblade x2b this summer and for some reason I cant turn it on anymore when I plug it in the light on the motherboard blinks blue once then nothing. this same problem happened once before and out of nowhere it worked again I have no idea how to fix this I also had replaced the psu but it did not solve my issue.

Sounds crazy, but a friend had the same issue with the same computer and we solved it by unplugging the CPU fan header and plugging it into the SYS fan header, booting up, downloading all bios and driver updates, installing all of them an then shitting down, putting the CPU fan header and SYS fan headers back in the correct place and booting up again.
