Computer wont turn on!

My computer was only recognizing 8 gigs of ram so I tried pulling both sticks of 8 out and putting them back i. Now my computer wont turn on. Everything turns on for a moment then shuts off and repeats this. Please help!

Try swapping the sticks of ram and cleaning the contacts on the sticks and slots on the motherboard.

Turns out since my ram does not clip in on both sides I just had to really torque the bottom part in...
