Computer won't turn on

So recently i bought an ssd to make my desktop go faster but once i had everything installed my Desktop won't turn on i did notice that my when i put my HDMI into the port it shut off and it will just shut off randomly at times i've also notice that the led in my fan and on my power button blink blink for about 5 seconds then come back on this is weird since it was working perfectly Yesterday i'm thinking it's the psu but i'm not sure any help would be great

4 sticks of ddr 4 Ballistix memory and a zenkio 256 gb ssd

no like i said was working perfectly before i'm starting to think it's the PSU because now when i plug it into my board there's no power at all

no it just shuts off and restarts nothing is unplugged

no after i push the power button it'll say on for about 5 mins then shut off and try to restart it.
