Question Computer Wont Turn On

Hello I am new here and hoping someone can help me figure out what is wrong with my computer. One night I turn my computer the next morning everything looks fine, I got to start it... and nothing. Ive pretty much unplugged and replugged in everything and checked for any broken, bent or missing pins. Right now all I am getting is a flashing red light on my motherboard with a label of "PWR_LED".

I uploaded a video showing the problem I am encountering. One weird thing I captured in the video that you can see is when I initially turn it on from the back with everything plugged into the motherboard I only get the red flashing light with label "PWR_LED", but after I unplug everything besides the power cord I get lights on my motherboard and cooler.

In both cases when i go to turn my computer power button on the front I get nothing, GPU doesnt light up and fans do not start.

*All components are about 2 years old BESIDES my motherboard which i purchased refurbished.

Cooler: M2 Kraken
GPU: Geforce GTX 1070ti
Motherboard: Strix Z370-E
RAM: 2 8gb Ripjaws (slots 2 & 4)
PSU: Corsair CX650M
