CPU: Intel Core i5-4430 3.0GHz Quad-Core Processor
MB: ASRock B85 Pro4 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB
HD: Intel 530 Series 2.5" Solid State Disk
Old PSU: Corsair Builder 430W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply
New PSU: CORSAIR CX-M series CX450 450W 80 PLUS BRONZE
Lightning struck my house and my PSU bit the dust. After replacing it my computer does not properly go to sleep anymore. When it goes to sleep the fans don't seem to go quiet, leading me to think it isn't completing the sleep process. When you try to wake the computer it is unresponsive. The only way to get it to wake up is to reboot it.
I've gone in the BIOS and enabled wake with usb mouse and wake with usb keyboard, but no go. It seems previously these were set to diabled.
I've looked in my BIOS to try to change the sleep mode or sleep level (I can't remember the right term, but I believe it is S1, S2, S3, S4), but I am not seeing that option.
Under Power Options I've set HD to never power down. I've also set it to not allow hybrid sleep. Then under Device Manager I've confirmed the mouse and keyboard were allowed to wake device.
I installed a fresh windows 10 install yesterday, so I can't imagine it is on the OS side of things.
Any suggestions? Thank you in advance.
