I've discovered an issue with my new system build. My desktop seems to be unable to wake from sleep mode. I am using a Haswell CPU with a Haswell-Approved PSU.

Motherboard: Gigabyte Z87 UD4H
CPU: Core i7 4771
PSU: Cooler Master V1000
RAM: 16GB (2x8GB) Corsair Vengeance Pro @1866
GPU: Gigabyte GTX 760 'Windforce' 4Gb

Any idea what would be causing this? When I try to wake the system up, the debug code on the motherboard seems to stop at 32 (which is CPU PEI Initialization)

Thanks for any help you can provide!

control panel > hardware and sound > power options > high performance. Windows likes to undervolt your gpu when it goes to sleep to lower the energy cost while asleep. Keeping it at high performance prevents the gpu from losing too much power.
