hello all.

setup

MoBo: ASUS Maximus VI Hero
CPU: intel Core i7 4790k
Graphics: MSI Nvidia GeForce GTX 750 Ti
OS: Windows 10 Pro
PSU: Xigmatek NRP-PC602 600W

So my computer is working no problem. But when i try to reboot from windows the display goes black saying no signal and mouse and keyboard doesn't turn on. The computer it self is running with all its fans and lights. This is solved only by force booting it manually and then starting it again. This also happens when i exit bios or the computer restarts itself with an update. The computer never shuts down all the way in the process, the fans and light are running all the time. I don't have any problems turning my computer on when it's totally shut down, only when rebooting. I've had this problem from the day i built this. With the first windows installing its the most annoying because i don't know what the hell is happening. I really need help with this.

Thank you already for answering.

Solution
Ok:
1. Run health checks on HDDs/ SSDs & Memory..

Is this a clean install of Windows 10? Or an upgrade from W7 or 8.1? Even the upgrade with "keep nothing" is still an upgrade.

The upgrade path was/is known to cause some random issues, although I haven't heard of this one.

Given it happens from BIOS "save and exit" too, it sounds more likely to be hardware related (assuming you've updated your BIOS, if not, update that!). From a hardware standpoint, it could be your HDD/SSD, RAM or PSU.

As I've never heard of this situation before, it's difficult to judge, but you can use process of elimination. If your HDD/SSD & RAM pass health checks, then look to your PSU. I've never heard of Xigmatek PSUs, but a quick lookup & they...
That is really random, and I've never actually heard of this situation before.

Your PSU may be relevant here too, so worth posting that....

Can you confirm your boot drive is set to priority #1 in your BIOS settings?

Have you run health checks on your HDDs / SSDs and memory?

You should probably consider replacing it anyway...

Thank you wery mutch ill do those things and come back to you. and the PSU is about 2 and a half years old as are all the others components in the computer. and as I said it have done this from the first boot when i built this setup

The bios update worked. I have updated it before but then it did nothing. Now it is working normally, it rebooted 3 times in a row. Thank you for your help and lets hope this problem won't be an issue to anyone else.
