For the purposes of sale, disappointingly low. Perhaps $400-500. Not too difficult to beat it with an off the shelf PC.

Not too out of date, just needs a better CPU cooler, some overclocking, and a new GPU to be in top 10% of gaming PCs.

A new SSD and storage wouldn't hurt.

I just recently sold a similar build in the uk for £420 although no monitor.

Intel Core i5-6600K (O/C to 4.3ghz automatically by the custom chillblast bios)
