Can you tell that what new changes will occur in the computers after 20 years from now?

All new computers will run on the souls of kittens.

Nintendo does this for the Wii and the DS and it works very well for them.

I can see lots of people following that path very soon.

As fast as technology is changing, it's impossible to say.

I do think sadly....one thing you will probably see at least in the near future is things being more and more integrated. For example, look at Apple and their iMac line. How everything is compressed into one package. Some pc's are going that way now even. Also, look at say linux, mac os x, and windows. How much alike are they getting? You are even able to run windows on your mac now thanks to intel processors. What you will probably see eventually is a convergence where anything can run anything.

Possibly cloud computing, though I dislike that idea very much, seems like a dumb idea in many ways. But look at how far we've come since 1995. Who knows what the future holds. But thinking about the future of computing, anyone ever read 1984?
