Computers wireless internet bad no matter the adapter

So a long time ago my internet exclusively on my PC decided to become unusable. On literally what seemed to be a whim my internet speed plummeted down to 500kb/s and unusable when playing online games. SO i ordered a new adapter, this time a "alpha AC1200 wireless adapter thinking it would solve my issue. It did for a few hours and now my internet it unusable again.

PLEASE if anyone knows what this could be let me know im so done with this issue. No one should have their PC rendered useless because of something like this.

Just curious to see what your results are....

You should check your results wired, just to make sure you are not merely lagging out on a particular server by overwhelming it with excessive framerate updates , etc..; if playing online first perso shooters, for instance, you are not helping yourself by cranking out 300 fps, which can easily saturate the connection to some servers, in fact causing the lag for many folks.....

Try capping your famerates to 60 or 100 fps to see if it helps....
