Hey guys, I recently had to move my computer to the otherside of my room because a mouse got into the house and we were looking for it. I was careful when i moved my PC, and when i moved it back, i went to boot it up and i ran into some problems.
Basically the computer puts itself into a endless loop of rebooting. It powers for about 1 second, shuts down, and boots after about 2 seconds and so on. Im willing to replace the component which is causing this, however - i don't know which part it is. I have reseated everything off the motherboard and tried using a new power cable. I have also tried booting with only the power cord plugged in, and the same thing happens.
The motherboard is a Gigabyte GA-P67A-UD3R and the CPU is a mid to late version I5, i can't remember exactly what it is.
It is not getting to the BIOS and there are no beeps at all indicating what the problem is. So im assuming it's either the PSU, CPU or the MOBO.I don't have any spare CPUs/MOBO/PSU to try swapping out.
I have made a video showing what is happening, note im only pressing the power button to boot it the first time, anything that happens after the initial boot, its happening by its self.

I have also googled and seen some people with this problem but haven't been able to figure out which part was actually causing the problem.
I haven't changed any settings at all on the computer and it was working fine the last time i used it, which was Wednesday night.
Anybody have any idea what this could be and/or how to fix it?
Thanks in advance.
So basically to summarize:
Endless rebooting
No beeping
Not reaching BIOS
Have reseated everything
New power cord
