use you need a better video card. you may not be able to add one if that unit has a small power supply.

It an all-in-one, they don't usually build with upgrade in mind.
Should have ask the question before buying it.

And to answer your question, no, both the graphic and CPU are weak.

You can likely run older DX9 games in nice detail but any modern stuff will kill yah. Best I can tell, your graphics is essentially a cut-down GT520.
