Computer lagging,only watching youtube and light tasks like browsing the web and such. during gaming i have no problems. only high resorce useage is ram witch i will be uprageing soon to 16gb.

Ryzen 2400g
be quiet pure rock tower cooler
Asus rog strix x470 gaming-F
Patriot Ram ddr4 3600mhz 8gb
XFX Rx 580 XXX Edition
evga 450w bronze
i have checked all drivers, windows update everything is up to date including bios. pc is getting worse and this windows install is only a week old,just did a clean windows install but i dont think this is a hardware problem. Any thoughts would be much appreciated
