Question Concerning multicore Cinebench R23 scores - i9 9900k

Hello!

I have an i9 9900k not overclocked AIO Watercooler and only just noticed that I'm receiving extremely low scores when compared to the average, I'm getting 8500 with an average temp of 60c whereas the average is 12,500.

I only noticed whilst watching an LTT video (

) where Linus gets 10,000 on a (what looks to be) Hyper 212 with the plastic peel still on whilst running the i9 9900k at 100c.

Please help I'm extremely concerned.

(Also I was running nothing else except Cinebench R23 and HWMonitor)

Is turbo boost turned on in BIOS. ?
