Question Concerning my Gaming Desktop....

I don't know why I haven't thought of this before but I'm curious if the problem of overheating Graphics Cards is because of the recommended watts (I have a RTX 2060 GPU and 500 W Power Supply) I did previously mentioned about my OMEN Graphics Card that kept crashing whenever I try to play some games such as Fortnite and Minecraft.
What's the issue: The Graphics Card or the Power Supply?

A PSU should only supply the required power requested of it, and not more.

An overheating component is really an issue of inadequate cooling in the vast majority of cases.
