Is it safe to update my bios using the internet flash(DHCP) method? or should use the instant flash method using my USB? Thanks in advance! Going from ryzen 5 2400g to 3600!

Motherboard: asrock A320M-HDV

Either is safe if you make absolutely sure that your power doesn't fail during the process. I generally let the bios handle it on newer boards.
